Service Description
Unlock the power of breath and movement with Ayur-Vidya's Classical Hatha Yoga class. This class uses the ancient breath practices to help promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. We explore breath work and meditation to help you cultivate a deeper level of awareness relaxing every part you. We meet in a small group once to two times a week for an hour from 6pm to 7pm PST. Pranayama and meditation classes are held on Monday & Friday, Monday is for beginners who embark on a 10-week journey to learn the practices and Friday practice is for established practitioners to have a regular practice. Come and let's start your healing journey with Yoga at Ayur-Vidya.
