Service Description

Rejuvenate your body & mind after work, ready to explore life anew with family. This is a 10 week (~3 months) long course that teaches the techniques to practice ancient yogic breathing styles (pranayama) and its health benefits. Specifically, we focus on learning 12 breathing practices that help you cultivate a deeper level of awareness and relaxation that promotes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. The class starts with basic levels of pranayama and moves to advance levels after a month and half so members have time to establish a daily practice and learn the basics first. We practice in a small group, meet once a week for 60 minutes on Monday evening from 6pm to 7pm. An optional second class is provided every week on Friday evening (6pm to 7pm) for increasing practice time and ask any follow up questions, make up for missed classes and join the Pranayama alumni etc. Come, start your healing journey with Pranayama practices at Ayur-Vidya. ** Total # classes - 10 *** No class on Sep 02nd and Oct 14th.


No cancellations possible online. Cancellations only allowed at end of month when contacted 7 days ahead of the next month start.

Cancellations allowed until July 31st. Refund amount will be paid amount minus the credit card fees. We reserve the right to cancel bookings for any reason we see necessary. Discounts for 2 or more registrations will be paid by cash.
