Join us for an in-depth study of Aṣṭāñga Hṛdayam. We will have a small group of participants, all of who are students of Ayurveda, currently practicing or still undergoing their Ayurvedic studies. If you don't yet have the physical book, download an online copy in PDF format from here.

We will be chanting the sutras, read the meaning and discuss any clinical relevance we have seen in our own practice wherever relevant. Everyone is welcome to participate and discuss their own understanding of the Sutra based on their experience or just be an observer.
